Workshop - Production Operative / Building Manufacturer Experience: No Experience necessary as full training will be given Driving License: Driving license is not required but own transport is desired due to location of site. Term: Permanent - following a successful 12 week probationary period Hours: Monday to Friday 6.45am - 4.30/5.00pm (can change depending on travel) Overtime will be worked as required Once employed after 12 weeks - you will be entered into the bonus scheme - £500 every 6 months - this is based on attendance. JOB SUMMARY To assist in the manufacture of timber buildings. Liaising with the Unit manager and Production manager Most of your training will be on the job. You will be taught how to use the equipment and about the manufacturing process by more experienced colleagues.
