Type: Permanent We are hiring for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. In this Global position, you will manage the daily administration, configuration, and upkeep of our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of both Sales and Service Clouds, along with Lightning, and have hands-on experience with enterprise organization management. Although coding skills are not a requirement for this role, technical aptitude and an understanding of APIs will be advantageous. Key Responsibilities Perform routine Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security settings, roles, profiles, and permission sets. Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating and managing fields, objects, workflows, and validation rules. Assist in data management activities, including data imports, exports, and maintenance of data integrity and quality. Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training on Salesforce functionality and features. Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other business systems, leveraging APIs and other integration tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process automation opportunities within Salesforce. To be successful in the role, you will have Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar Salesforce-focused in-house role. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator. Knowledge of Adobe, Integrations and Enterprise Date is desirable. Strong proficiency in Sales and Service Cloud with a good understanding of their capabilities and functionalities. Previous experience in enterprise org management, including user and security management, data model customization and basic reporting.
