* Partner with yourStore Manager & Assistant Store Manager to continuouslyIntegrate in store our 3 experiential retail pillars: Community& Connection Memorable Moments and Inspiration &Innovative
* Drive continuous elevation to ouroverall customer experience to ensure the customer is at the heartof all decisions leading a centre of innovation andexperimentation
* Be the expert in productknowledge to drive sales and inspire theteam.
* Use your creativity to set teamchallenges to create an engaging interactive experience instore.
* Track and measure sales resultsthroughout the day being adaptable and flexible to stay ontrack.
Inspirational TeamManagement
* Partner withyour Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to provide thesupport mentorship coaching and guidance that the team need totruly flourish and grow in their roles
* A clearand confident communicator youre comfortable with deliveringfeedback to your team at all levels in themoment
* Recognise and celebrate teamachievements and identify development opportunities in the teamfeeding these observations back to your managementteam.
* Cultivate an environment of opencommunication collaboration and mutualsupport.
Operational& Brand LoyaltyExcellence
* Ensure the storeconsistently meets or exceeds company standards for cleanlinessorganisation and visualmerchandising.
* Effectively manage stock andwork closely with the services team to ensure all policies andprocesses are followed to ensure a risk freeenvironment.
* Ensure the team are activelyopting customers into our loyalty programme to build a loyalregular customer base for thestore.
