Head of F&B – Airport F&B Operations
Location: Essex
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
An independent hospitality group operating its own branded concepts within a busy airport environment is scaling its operation. With a pub, lounge, coffee shop and restaurant already established and further growth planned, they are now seeking a commercially strong Head of F&B to lead the estate and drive the next phase.
The role:
1. Full ownership of a multi-site airport F&B operation
2. Lead performance across pub, restaurant and café concepts
3. Drive revenue and profitability across an operation circa £5m turnover
4. Embed a strong, people-focused culture within an established team
5. Implement clear recruitment, onboarding and development plans Maintain full
6. compliance across H&S and audit standards
7. Report directly to the senior leadership team with clear commercial insight
8. Operate effectively within a 24/7 trading environment
The person:
9. Proven multi-site F&B leadership experience across pubs, restaurants and cafés
10. Experience leading large teams across multiple units with evidence of development and succession planning
11. Commercially sharp with strong financial and P&L management skills
12. Confident leading from the front and driving revenue performance
13. Strong operational grip with full understanding of compliance and audit standards
14. Professional and credible in all stakeholder relationships
15. Solutions-driven and confident presenting to senior leadership
16. Able to pass a 5-year background and referencing check
17. Based within commutable distance of Essex
