Overview Of The Role
As a Operations Support Assistant at Edsential, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and functionality of our facilities at the Conway Centre. You will carry out a variety of maintenance tasks, assist with housekeeping duties, and support our catering team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is keen to contribute to a welcoming and well-maintained environment.
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in maintenance, cleaning or catering is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team
A proactive attitude and capability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Basic knowledge of health and safety standards is beneficial
First aid certification is a plus, but training will be provided
Key Responsibilities
Carry out basic maintenance tasks across the centre's buildings and grounds
Undertake routine and deep cleaning of accommodation, communal areas, and offices
Support the catering team in meal preparation and maintaining kitchen hygiene
Complete compliance checks and preventative maintenance tasks
Assist with room setups for meetings, events, or activities
