As a Warehouse Handler you will need to have : Ability to work in a rapidly changing, fast past paced environment Ability to work both individually and as part of a team in a physically demanding environment A 'can do', right first time and passionate approach Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern Safety Shoes Salary : Starting at £15.02 night rate per hour Our client offers training, suitable for previous experience We are currently looking for Full time positions on night shift until Christmas Location : Dartford Hours of work: Tuesday -Saturday 23:30- 08:30 (nights) Role of a Warehouse Operative: Accurately receive, pick, assemble and load customer orders within depot accuracy and speed targets, Contribute towards a clean and safe working environment, demonstrating concern to ensure that personal actions do not compromise the health and safety of self and/or colleagues at all times Handle customer stock with care and consideration to minimize damages and maximize customer service Adhere to instructions and guidelines regarding manual handling, the use of Mechanical Handling equipment, including pre-operational checks, reporting of defects, and the safe use and operation of all equipment. Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles, stacking stock onto and off pallets in a safe and stable manner ready for transit.
