As a Senior Health Care Assistant, you will be pivotal in delivering high-quality care to our residents while supervising and mentoring junior staff. Reporting to the Care Manager, your role involves developing and implementing care plans, ensuring effective communication with both residents and their families. Your leadership skills will be essential in fostering a supportive environment, while your experience in senior care and care homes will enhance the overall well-being of our residents. Qualifications
* Proven supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
* Strong leadership abilities to guide and mentor junior staff
* Proficient in developing and implementing care plans
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and families
* Experience in senior care and working within a care home environment
* Valid driving license is preferred
* Basic IT skills for documentation and reporting purposes
