At Quokka Education, we're looking for a compassionate and motivated Teaching Assistant to join a Top 10 Hampshire secondary school in Winchester. This is a full-time role ideal for those pursuing a future in teaching, psychology, or SEND support.

We provide full support-including free training, CPD courses, and experience days-so you can start with confidence and enthusiasm.
Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:
- Support students with a range of academic and emotional needs in the classroom
- Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to help students stay on track
- Foster a calm, inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs and pastoral leads to overcome learning barriers

- Graduates or aspiring teachers looking to gain practical classroom experience
- Patient, empathetic individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills
