Sales Field Role – Northern Based Business Broker - Dental

We are UK wide Dental Practice Brokers and are actively recruiting a Northern Area Business Broker (Dental Practice Sales) to join our highly successful team.

As a Dental Practice Sales Broker, you will be entrusted with managing the sale of one of a dental practice owner's most valuable asset. You will play a crucial part in guiding them through one of the biggest milestones of their careers: preparing their business for sale.

You'll develop long-term, trusting relationships with business owners and purchasers, building strong connections rooted in honesty, reliability, and genuine care.

This is a field-based role where every day is different — every customer and every business brings a new opportunity. There is no such thing as a boring day in this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop a deep understanding of "business sales”, gaining expertise in valuing dental practices and groups. You will be part of a highly collaborative team that works closely together, combining strengths to deliver outstanding results for clients.

What You Will Doing

* Building Trust: Meeting with clients, listening and understanding their requirements and gaining their trust.
* Provide professional advisory: Delivery of market leading business valuations and insights.
* Winning business: Actively develop new business opportunities, prospect for new clients, pitching the Lily Head services to clients, and expand your network. Passion for building genuine, trust-based client relationships.
* Lead deals to success: Manage projects from initial engagement to sale completion with the support of negotiators.
* Master your market: Become an expert in the business of dentistry, practice valuation, and strategic growth.

Candidate Requirements

* Eligible to work full time in the UK.
* Resident in North of England - ideally within 1 hour drive of greater Manchester.
* Minimum of three years’ experience in B2B sales and or mergers and acquisitions
* Valid UK driving licence.
* Commercially aware.
* Experience in working with healthcare professionals (preferable but not essential)
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Confident & well presented.
* Proficient User of MS Office applications.
* Ability to work as part of a team, but also on their own initiative.
* Enjoys contributing to team success.


Remuneration Package

* Competitive salary based on experience
* Non-Contributory Health Insurance.
* Pension Auto Enrolment Scheme and / or salary sacrifice pension scheme.
* Death in service benefits.
* 25 days holiday, plus all bank holidays.
* Plus 1 day’s holiday two weeks either side of your birthday, in recognition of your birthday.
* Plus 1 additional day’s holiday per year to a maximum of 5 additional days holiday.
* Company Credit Card for expenses.
