Due to continued company growth, Vigilant Security are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and reliable Finance Assistant join our busy Finance Department in Dumfries.

The post offered is a full-time position, the hours of work are Monday to Friday (09:00-17:00).
This position boasts a competitive salary with a holiday entitlement of 28 days, inclusive of bank holidays.

Preferred Skills:

* Excellent written, communication skills
* An understanding of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
* Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
* A real desire to learn the various accounting packages used within finance
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Uniform orders
* Uniform recycling
* Stock control of uniform
* Assist with sales invoicing
* Assist with holiday processing & other functions of Time & attendance system
* Assist with payroll processing
