About the Role

We’re looking for an Influencer Manager to join as soon as possible on a 3‑month fixed‑term contract, supporting the delivery of our influencer marketing strategy.


Responsibilities

* Develop and execute influencer strategies that align with our brand vision and KPIs and support our brand marketing efforts.
* Oversee outreach to influencer partners, including sourcing, contracts, deliverables, and overall program management.
* Analyse historical and current performance data to optimise our influencer program strategy.
* Partner with cross‑functional digital and media teams to recommend distribution and amplification strategies that support larger product and business priorities.
* Engage on influencer content, briefing and content approval.


What We Are Looking For

* Attention to detail, especially when managing multiple influencer campaigns and deliverables.
* Creative and solutions‑focused, able to think outside the box to overcome campaign challenges.
* Confident in using data to measure performance, report on KPIs, and optimise future influencer strategies.
* A strong collaborator, able to work cross‑functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Skilled at building and maintaining relationships—with influencers, clients, and colleagues alike.
* Clear and confident communicator, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive, positive, and always ready to go the extra mile to deliver standout results.
