Senior HR Advisor – Leeds | Up to £45,000 DOE | Hybrid Working Morson is recruiting on behalf of a leading professional services firm in Leeds for a Senior HR Advisor. This is a permanent, full-time role (part-time over 4 days considered), offering hybrid working (3 days in-office) and a salary of up to £45,000 DOE. About the Role You'll join a dynamic HR team covering L&D, Reward, Resourcing, Operations, Business Partnering, and Diversity. This generalist role involves: Supporting managers with absence, disciplinary, grievance, and flexible working cases Advising on HR policies, procedures, and benefits Handling maternity/shared parental leave and occupational health referrals Partnering with managers on recruitment strategy and approvals Supporting graduate/apprentice hiring and onboarding Managing exit processes and conducting exit interviews Assisting with performance reviews and salary reviews Producing HR reports and insights Leading/supporting ad hoc HR projects and engagement/inclusion surveys About You Strong generalist HR experience, ideally in professional services Part or fully CIPD qualified (preferred but not essential) Confident influencing senior stakeholders Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Strong Excel and HR systems skills
