Administration assistant immediately required to work with our Public Sector client based in Lisburn. This is a temporary position initially for 3 months with possible extension and will be based in the Mental Capacity Act Service Team. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm or 8am 4pm on a rota basis with a pay rate of £12.31 per hour. The post holder will be required to carry out a range of duties which may include all or some of the following: Word processing /producing reports/working on computer systems, data input/ retrieval of information, sorting and responding to mail/emails, dealing with general enquiries/providing advice which requires immediate action within definitive guidelines, protocols & policies. Arrange appointments/meetings as requested, take minutes of meetings as required, maintain a filing system and general office duties such as photocopying/faxing/ scanning.
