Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. HOURS: 6pm to 7pm Monday, Tue. Wed. Thursday 7pm to 8pm Friday - anything after 3pm. 2 hour shift
These shifts will/may be split amongst 2 (TWO) cleaners on rotation if needed
Payday: Last Friday of the month.
Cut off for payday is the Sunday before the last Friday.
You can be employed or self employed.
Duties
* Perform general cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and communal areas.
* Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness.
* Clean windows, surfaces, and fixtures to maintain a tidy appearance.
* Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately.
* Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning materials as needed.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Follow health and safety regulations while carrying out cleaning duties.
Skills
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
* A proactive approach to identifying areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
