About the Role
As a Graduate/Associate Software Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that directly impact artists and the music industry. You’ll learn from experienced engineers while contributing to real-world solutions using modern technologies including AWS, Vercel, Snowflake and many more.
What You’ll Do
* Develop user-facing and back-end features under the guidance of senior team members
* Learn to build secure, scalable applications while working on production systems
* Participate in technical discussions and contribute fresh perspectives to solution design
* Gain hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and modern development practices
* Collaborate with a supportive team that values knowledge sharing and continuous learning
* Grow your skills through mentorship, code reviews, and exposure to diverse technical challenges
Qualifications
We’re Looking for Someone With
* A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Strong foundation in programming fundamentals and data engineering
* Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and solving problems
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
* Some experience with web development and cloud technologies (through coursework, internships, or personal projects)
* Genuine interest in creating positive change in the music industry
Nice to Have
* Familiarity with C#, TypeScript, SQL, or similar languages
* Any exposure to the music publishing industry or similar creative sectors
