As a Customer service specialist, you will be processing inbound sales orders via telephone & email in a fast paced busy sales office.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via the telephone & email
* Track and follow up customer requests.
* Logging customer calls and resolving complaints and escalating to Team Leader
* Gathering project pricing for customers.
* Making sure daily office jobs/admin tasks are complete
* Ordering goods from suppliers and other company branches across the group to complete orders.
* Provide courteous service and expert advice to customers
* Follow GDPR rules and regulations
Requirements:
* Computer/keyboard skills and ability to learn sales and ordering systems operation
* Good verbal communication skills & Ability to build relationships
