About the Role
Are you ready to lead a team that creates unforgettable experiences? We’re on the lookout for a passionate Guest Services Manager to join our vibrant Guest Services & Day Visits Team. Your mission? To ensure every guest leaves with a smile and memories that last a lifetime!
As the heart of our resort, the Guest Services team is the go-to for any questions, concerns, or requests our guests may have. From inquiries about accommodations and activities to resolving issues and accessibility requests, you’ll play a crucial role in making every holiday fun and entertaining.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
* Experience: A solid background in guest services or customer-facing roles, with a knack for problem resolution and complaint handling.
* Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading teams in fast-paced environments, with the ability to coach and motivate even during peak times.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to suit different situations.
* Multi-tasking Ability: A talent for managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to changing demands.
* Passion for Development: A genuine interest in nurturing and training your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
In this role, you’ll also collaborate closely with the wider Guest Services & Accommodation Team to proactively address any issues, ensuring we continually enhance our guests' experiences.
Expect to drive sales by partnering with marketing and retail leaders, ensuring effective communication of day visit bookings to support resort demand. Your commitment to excellence will help maintain our brand standards while keeping our guests at the forefront of everything we do.
With a focus on team fulfillment, you’ll conduct regular one-on-ones and annual reviews to support your team’s growth and career development at Butlin’s.

Typical working hours: 40 hours per week, with varied shifts between 8 AM - 10 PM, and the possibility of late shifts until midnight on a roster basis.
