We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Ba r Supervisor to join our team at The Falstaff Hotel & Cocktail Bar. Key Responsibilities Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the bar Lead shifts and ensure smooth service during busy periods Supervise and motivate the bar team to deliver excellent customer service Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation Assist with stock control, ordering, stock rotation and line cleaning Ensure licensing laws and health & safety procedures are followed What We’re Looking For Previous experience working in a busy bar environment Experience supervising or leading a team is preferred Strong communication and leadership skills A positive attitude and passion for great hospitality Ability to stay calm and organised during busy services Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends What We Offer Friendly and supportive team environment Birthday guaranteed as day off as well as additional day's holiday Staff discounts in all our properties
