About the Role : As a Production Operative, you will be instrumental in producing high-quality composite boards and associated products. Your duties will include:
Machine operation and quality checks
Preparation and implementation of production tasks
Rubbing down, stacking, and reworking materials
Performing basic maintenance of the line and work areas
Manual handling responsibilities
