About the Role
Reporting to the CRM Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering targeted CRM campaigns that drive engagement, commercial performance and long-term customer loyalty. From campaign build to deployment, you’ll bring data‑led, consumer‑first communications to life across multiple channels.
This role offers a 12-month fixed-term contract (covering maternity leave) and hybrid working (two office days per week) from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire.
What You’ll Do
* Support the planning, build and delivery of targeted, multi-channel CRM campaigns
* Translate business objectives into compelling consumer communications
* Manage stakeholder requests and contribute to a balanced contact strategy
* Use insights and analytics to shape campaigns and optimise performance
* Collaborate with Marketing, Trading and Analytics teams to test and learn
* Handle CRM admin tasks including voucher setup/testing, competitions and purchase orders
* Proof, test and refine campaigns to ensure best-in-class execution
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in CRM or consumer marketing within a B2C environment
* Strong organisational skills with a hands‑on, detail‑oriented approach
* Confident stakeholder manager with great collaboration skills
* Passion for understanding customer needs and behaviours
* Analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑led decisions
Desirable: experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Power BI or GA4 and a background in retail or multi‑agency environments.
