Admissions Advisor (Fixed Term) in the Admissions & Applicant Services Department at Royal Holloway, University of London. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract (until December 2026).
Location: Egham, Surrey. Salary: £29,297 to £33,826 per annum – including London Allowance. Hours per week: 35. Weeks per year: 52. Closing date: 23:59 BST on Wednesday 22 October 2025. The role supports a major project to replace the Student Records System (SRS) and transform the operating model for Student Study Services. The SRS underpins the student journey from application to graduation and will support all aspects of the lifecycle, including Admissions & Student Recruitment, to help meet the university’s strategic goals for recruitment and experience. The post holder will provide backfill support to the Admissions Team while the project is implemented. The Admissions and Applicant Services team provides essential services to meet recruitment targets across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, both UK and international, and to deliver a proactive, efficient, customer-focused service to prospective applicants, applicants, and internal stakeholders.
This service operates through three teams: Undergraduate Admissions; Postgraduate Admissions; Applicant Services. The post holder will work as part of the Admissions operations team to assist in the smooth, professional, and efficient running of the University’s admissions operation, principally by taking responsibility for the decision making and processing of applications. Initial assignment will be to either the undergraduate operations team or the postgraduate operations team, with potential movement between teams as needed.
