Opportunity to join this highly organised well-functioning and supportive practice management team in Bean Medical Practice, Dudley with list size of 4000 patients.
You will be working alongside the experienced Practice Executive Manager. The role is fully supported by our Reception Team Leaders and Administration team to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the practice. Support is provided for monthly, quarterly, annual claims and submissions.
This is a varied, flexible and busy role requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to prioritise your workload and be confident working at all levels.
The successful candidate needs to be enthusiastic and self-motivated and ideally have experience working in a Primary Care setting. Fluency with EMIS and Microsoft Office is desirable. If necessary training will be provided for right candidate.
You would be required to provide and maintain high standards of patient care as well as senior administrative tasks including HR. The successful candidate will enjoy leading and working as part of a dedicated team, with the added satisfaction of working for a Practice committed to the care and wellbeing of others.
