Job Specific
We are looking for an experienced Complex Care and Support Worker in the Bradford area.
Yorkshire Community Healthcare is a specialist Complex Care Provider supporting clients with various physical and emotional needs.
This Role Will Involve:
* Providing person-centered care on a 2-1 basis to a man with a spinal injury.
* Supporting with daily needs such as tracheostomy care, ventilation support, nebulizers, cough-assists, suctioning, moving and handling, personal care, and other support as needed.
Full training will be provided to develop the necessary skills.
Shift Patterns:
* 8am-8pm
* 8pm-8am
* 7 days per week
Requirements:
* Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not supported)
* Ability to attend a face-to-face interview in Leeds City Centre
* Minimum of 6 months UK-based health or social care experience
* Compassionate, patient, with excellent communication skills
* Enthusiastic, outgoing personality to connect with clients
* Attend mandatory training in Leeds, West Yorkshire
All successful applicants will undergo an enhanced DBS check.
