Job Title: KS1 Teacher Location: Nottingham Pay Rate: £130 – £251 per day Start Date: September 2025 Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teacher passionate about supporting young learners in their first years of primary education? GSL Education are seeking a committed KS1 Teacher to join a school in the Nottingham area from September 2025. This role offers the opportunity to deliver engaging lessons, nurture pupils’ confidence, and help them build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and wider learning. As a KS1 Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of KS1 pupils. Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development. Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Track pupil progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies as needed. Work collaboratively with colleagues, SENCOs, and parents to support children’s holistic development. Requirements for KS1 Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferable. Strong knowledge and understanding of KS1 curriculum and teaching strategies. Excellent classroom management, organisational, and communication skills. Creativity, enthusiasm, and the ability to inspire young learners. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
