Job Title: PMO Lead – EU Pay Transparency Project
Location: London, hybrid working (on site 2 days per week)
Contract length: Initially 6 months (extensions in line with project)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on PMO Lead to drive delivery of our EU Pay Transparency Project. This is a high-impact, cross-functional initiative requiring strong governance, coordination, and executive-level reporting. While HR PMO experience is beneficial, we are open to experienced PMOs who have successfully managed complex, global projects across multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end PMO governance for the EU Pay Transparency Project.
* Develop and maintain the integrated project plan, ensuring clear ownership of deliverables and milestones.
* Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across global workstreams.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, Reward, Legal, Finance, and regional stakeholders.
* Support change management and deliver structured communications to key audiences.
* Prepare high-quality presentations and reporting for the project team, P&O Leadership, Remuneration Committee, and Steering Committees.
* Ensure effective decision tracking, documentation, and overall project governance.
Experience & Skills
* Strong PMO experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ideally in a global environment.
* Proven ability to manage governance forums and produce executive-level reporting.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on capacity.
* Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills.
This role requires a proactive, structured PMO who can drive momentum, ensure accountability, and confidently engage senior stakeholders while maintaining close oversight of day-to-day delivery.
