Overview
We are looking for a friendly, driven Customer Service Administrator to join our Apollo Blinds admin team at our Stockport office. The team values initiative and flexibility, keeping our customers happy in a busy office environment.
In this role, you will handle customer queries via email or telephone and process and progress orders with our suppliers. You will receive full training on our products and processes, and one‑on‑one support from your manager and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
* A fantastic communicator when interacting with customers via email.
* High level of autonomy; tenacity is essential for success.
* First point of contact for customers, building rapport with a friendly nature.
* Flexibility and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
* Working knowledge of SAP, Excel and Word is desirable.
