What Youll Do: - Senior Production Operative (Days)
Be the go-to person for smooth line performance you'll help hit daily targets and keep standards high.
Lead by example motivate colleagues, ensure safety and quality, and complete accurate paperwork.
Perform routine checks on equipment, safety gear, and production quality.
Work closely with your Shift Manager to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Identify ways to improve efficiency and make a real impact on how we operate.
Youre a Great Fit If You: - Senior Production Operative (Days)
Have experience in food production or a similar fast-paced environment.
Understand production cycles and how to spot an issue before it becomes a problem.
Are confident making quick decisions on the spot.
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Are familiar with production admin or reporting systems.
