We are seeking a creative and strategic Recruitment Marketing and Brand Manager on a 12 month FTC to elevate our employer brand to attract top talent across our international markets. This role is responsible for championing our talent story, developing and executing strategies that promote Swissport as an employer of choice.
In this pivotal role you will lead initiatives across recruitment branding, advertising and social media, crafting compelling narratives, delivering engaging content, and deploying targeted campaigns that showcase our culture, values, and career opportunities to the right audiences around the world.
With a strong grasp of global recruitment trends, you will collaborate with key internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure a consistent, high-impact employer brand presence.
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead a global recruitment marketing strategy aligned with our 2030 vision
* Build and deliver impactful marketing campaigns to attract technical and non-technical talent in competitive global markets.
* Create and curate authentic content (e.g., employee stories, career path videos, site features) to highlight our inclusive culture, safety-first mindset, and opportunities for career growth.
* Manage and evolve our employer brand presence across owned and paid channels including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, aviation-specific platforms, industry events, and job aggregators, etc.
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Culture, Marketing, Internal Communications, and HR business partners to ensure alignment in brand messaging and candidate experience.
* Develop global toolkits, templates, and messaging frameworks to enable consistent yet localized brand execution across regions (e.g., EMEA, APAC, Americas).
* Use data and insights to monitor Recruitment marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and market trends—adapting approaches to drive engagement and application quality.
* Support EVP activation and employee advocacy initiatives, helping embed brand storytelling into onboarding, referral, and ambassador programs.
* Act as a thought partner to HR and business leaders to drive awareness of brand positioning and recruitment marketing best practices.
* Support creative agencies and vendors partnerships to deliver high-quality, on-brand marketing assets
Qualifications and Competencies:
* Proven experience (8+ years) in recruitment marketing or employer branding within an international environment
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategy
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple global initiatives
* Strong communication and storytelling skills
* Experience using recruitment marketing platforms, CRM/ATS systems, and analytics tools
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across cultures and time zones
* Passion for people, culture, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required.

* Experience working in a matrixed, multinational organisation
* Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) best practices in talent marketing
* Proficiency in multiple languages.
