An excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Plumber in Birmingham, Telford, Stafford, and Worcester. You will join the Mobile division to ensure all preplanned and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out in all commercial sites.
This is a Monday to Friday position working a 40-hour week. In return you will receive:
1. Salary up to GBP35,000 - GBP37,000 per annum
2. Mobile role - Van and Fuel card
3. Monday to Friday - flexible hours
4. Overtime available
5. 23 + 8 days' holidays
6. DBS Standard check therefore ability to pass is essential
Requirements:
1. NVQ level 3 in plumbing or pipe fitting and Mechanical qualifications
2. Unventing qualifications needed
3. Full UK driving licence
4. Ability to work independently and proactively
Duties / Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to carry out non-technical repairs and minor PPM's in planned and reactive maintenance at various sites, including basic plumbing, working with air handling units, and heating and hot water.
1. NVQ Level 3 in Maintenance Services or Equivalent
2. Unventing and isolating pipe work
3. Health and safety risks
4. Critical plumbing duties
5. Worked on Mechanical Systems, DHW, LPHW, CHW, Ventilation Systems
6. Previous Pipe Fitting Duties
7. Worked on Steam Systems
8. Minor plumbing repairs
9. Water temperature checks
10. Fire alarm testing
