Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain, the position will lead and/ or support strategic sourcing opportunities and other initiatives in the areas of supply chain and procurement. What youll do Management of strategic sourcing for assigned categories or products/ services.Align with key stakeholders to drive savings and/ or value improvements through sourcing and negotiation Oversight of all procurement and supply chain activities related to assigned categories or suppliers Coordinate and Forecast equipment requirements based on construction schedule in alignment with Design, Engineering, and Construction Support supply chain improvements through strategic sourcing, process improvements, and supplier management Organize and manage supplier contracts Track and report supply chain savings, comparing actuals to target Track and report supplier key performance indicators Coordinate KPI surveys with internal stakeholders in support of the Strategic Supplier Management program Support effort to make the procure-to-pay process more efficient Support new technology implementations related to Supply Chain & Procurement What youll need Strong experience in strategic sourcing and procurement for highly technical operations and capital equipment Successful track record in procuring, negotiating and contracting across different categories Bachelors Degree in engineering, business, or supply chain. Outstanding data analysis skills, and the ability to effectively communicate the results of analysis to executive level management Experience with Cross-Functional Collaboration, Stakeholder Management, and Supplier Relationship Management Experience with procurement and inventory management modules in Oracle and/or SAP preferred A bit about us Digital Realty brings companies and data together by delivering the full spectrum of data center, colocation and interconnection solutions.
