The Role: Lead mechanical services delivery on Cat A & Cat B fit-out projects. Manage subcontractors, engineers and site teams. Oversee project timelines, budget control and procurement. Conduct site inspections and progress reporting. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Coordinate with design teams to ensure compliance and buildability The Person: Mechanical Project Manager experience within commercial fit-out sector Knowledge of mechanical building services, commissioning and installation.
