* Assist solicitors and fee earners with all aspects of residential property transactions, from instruction to completion
* Draft contracts, transfer documents, and other legal paperwork with meticulous attention to detail
* Manage client communications and provide regular updates throughout the conveyancing process
* Conduct property searches and review the results to identify any potential issues
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth and efficient process
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a conveyancing or paralegal role within a legal environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a busy caseload effectively
