We are looking for a HAAS WCA Team Performance Lead who would play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our clients and customers
Position:
Main purpose of the job:
As PFAS WCA Team Performance Lead for HAAS (Health Assessment Advisory Services), you will be a key member of the PFAS HAAS WCA Lot 4 Operational team, working alongside the PFAS Senior Leadership Team and our Clients to meet the contractual requirements of the HAAS contract. This includes:
* Ensure full compliance with DWP governance, risk, and quality standards while optimizing daily operations and service delivery for the PFAS HAAS contract.
* Manage the performance and efficiency of healthcare practitioners and customer service teams while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the Prime Contract Holder.
Responsibilities:
As a Team Performance Lead for IPRS PFAS, you will support the WCA Assessment Centre Manager in daily operations, managing customer service reps and healthcare practitioners to ensure high-quality service and performance.
As a WCA Clinical Trainer and Functional assessor for IPRS PFAS, you will be responsible for:
* Oversee a team of CSRs to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets while managing performance, targets and productivity.
* Lead daily team meetings to align on goals and collaborate with ACMs and the Clinical Management Team to manage KPIs and minimize service penalties.
* Address and resolve team issues, investigate complaints, and escalate concerns when necessary.
* Work with the PFAS Operations Manager, ACMs, and Clinical Performance Leads to implement best practices and streamline processes.
* Support the Healthcare Practitioner team by escalating clinical queries and ensuring clear communication of resolutions.
* Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance reviews for CSRs while managing absences and fostering strong collaboration with key personnel across PFAS teams to ensure smooth collaboration and communication.
Requirements:
We would love to hear from you if you are have:
* GCSE/O level passes A-C or equivalent, including English and Maths (E)
* Experience within an operation management role or equivalent (E)
* NVQ Level 4 and /or a degree in a relevant field, such as business administration(D)
Experience:
* Experience in a Team Management role with the ability collaborate effectively with others to drive a performance culture and to supervise and ensure quality work while meeting expectations. (E)
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively, manage workloads productively, and deliver accurate work adhering to professional standards. (E)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to adapt to audience needs and interact constructively with various groups. (E)
* Able to understand and meet customer and client needs while maintaining professionalism in demanding situations will be desired.
* Capable of championing senior management's direction and inspiring a team to achieve results will be desired.
Knowledge:
* Strong understanding of working with vulnerable individuals, especially those with physical or mental health challenges, and proven record resource management and handling complex work.
* Solid knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools to track performance, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement
Skills and abilities:
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide direction and motivate a team through coaching and training.
* Effective communication with both internal and external customers, ensuring excellent customer service.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, meet KPIs, and make autonomous decisions under pressure.
* Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work proactively with strong organizational abilities.
* Team player with a positive attitude toward learning and self-development, committed to confidentiality and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Other information:
Salary: Starting from £35,000 - £39,000
Position: Full-time, permanent.
Location: Hybrid - London and South East area(Croydon)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
