The owner of a bakery production kitchen based near Blyth which is fully equipped to handle a large production is seeking 2 Bakers. The team of Bakers produce hand crafted pastries as well as sourdough bread, with a huge focus on innovation and creativity across the range. The whole team is encouraged to have menu input and develop bread & pastry ideas for the range, under the guidance of the kitchen management team. The business is people-focused and the owner is looking for an individual who thrives in working within a team and is looking to progress their skills in a Baker role.
Candidate must be:
Experienced in areas of bread – Organised, a good communicator, and able to manage own workload efficiently- Quality driven, with meticulous attention to detail- Innovative, creative and determined to be the best- Genuinely interested in products and passionate about baking- Well-presented, adaptable and a good team player. Must be able to work shifts between 2:00am-2:00pm Monday to Saturday over 5 Days 40 hours a week.
