Care Coordinator – Domiciliary Care Service – Up to £27,000 + Bonus
Our client, a well-established domiciliary care service is seeking a motivated and experienced Care Coordinator to join its dedicated team. What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in a Care Coordinator role within domiciliary or home care
* Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
* Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or leading a care team
* Excellent organisational and communication abilities
* A proactive, flexible approach with commitment to high-quality care

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, organise, and coordinate care rotas to ensure seamless service delivery
* Support and supervise care staff, promoting best practice and high standards of care
* Act as the main point of contact for care workers, clients, and families
* Manage scheduling changes and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
* Contribute to staff recruitment, training, and ongoing development
