Job Description

Our client, Brent Council, is seeking an agency social worker to do project-style work, working on high-cost care packages.

Pay rate £32 umbrella.

This role will last 3-4 months initially.

The role will involve the following:

• Complex work
• Care Act 2014 including eligibility, assessment and care planning
• Person-centred assessments
• Using Mosaic case management system

Requirements of the role:

• Qualified Social Worker
• Fully Social Work England registered
• Must have significant post-qualified experience in adult social care
• Strong background in managing complex social care cases 
• In depth understanding of the Care Act 2014 and its statutory requirement including eligibility, assessment and care planning.
• Demonstratable ability to carry out person- centred assessments
