Our client, a prestigious 5-star hotel in Central London, is seeking a passionate and driven Junior Sous Chef to join their team. The main kitchen caters for breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch/dinner service and in room dining. They serve British cuisine, with a strong focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and delivering consistently high-quality dishes.

Key responsibilities:
Support and assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the main kitchen
Ensure high standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation
Help lead, train, and motivate junior kitchen staff
Contribute to creative, seasonal menu development and kitchen efficiency
Full-time position 40 hours/week on a shift rota. Immediate start available.
