Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hereford for a Human Resources and Payroll Assistant. The Human Resources and Payroll Assistant will be responsible for assisting with payroll processing, maintaining employee records, handling HR-related queries, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations and company policies. Day-to-day tasks include data entry, preparing HR documents, and supporting the recruitment process. This role will also be required to travel to other offices on a weekly basis.
Responsibilities
* Assist with payroll processing and payroll documentation.
* Maintain employee records and HR files.
* Handle HR-related queries from staff and managers.
* Ensure compliance with HR regulations and company policies.
* Data entry and preparation of HR documents.
* Support the recruitment process and onboarding activities.
* Travel to other offices on a weekly basis as needed.
Qualifications
* Experience with payroll processing and HR documentation
* Excellent data entry and organizational skills
* Knowledge of HR regulations and company policies
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
* Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
