As part of our team, you'll work from our all-day menu, preparing dishes to specification in a clean, safe environment, ensuring all prep and par are completed each shift. Your goal is to make every customer leave satisfied with great food and service.

What We Seek
* Experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef, looking to step into a Head Chef role
* Proficiency with fresh ingredients and strong culinary skills (hot and cold prep, hygiene, knife skills)
* A proactive work ethic, leading by example and maintaining high standards
* Experience managing KPIs related to labour, stock, and food safety
* Ability to report on metrics such as GPs, labour costs, and food prep
* Experience in training and recruiting kitchen staff, including apprentices and junior chefs
