ACP LEGAL SERVICES (www.acplegalservices.co.uk) is looking for a FREELANCE SOLICITOR to collaborate with us on an ongoing basis. As we continue to receive increasing client enquiries for non‑immigration legal matters, we are looking to partner with a qualified solicitor who can provide expert support across a range of general legal services.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will act as an independent consultant solicitor, managing your own caseload, communications, and professional duties. Clients will be referred directly to you by ACP Legal Services, and you may choose which matters to accept.
EXPECTED SERVICES
* Will Writing, Power of Attorney & Affidavits
* Commercial & Civil Contract / Agreements / Lease Drafting & Reviewing
* Property Related Paperwork
* Family Law
* Employment Law
* Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Compliance Documents
* Business & Commercial Support
REQUIREMENTS
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a valid practising certificate
* Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII)
* Experience in the services listed above
* Strong client communication and advisory skills
* Ability to work independently as a consultant
