* Responsible for proving and baking on site of the bread & pastries, and any products decided by the Executive Chef.
* Responsible for the preparation of savoury items and sandwiches
* Ensure the products are of the highest quality
* Managing food and stock rotation.

* Previous experience working in a hospitality environment is required.
* Experience of working in a similar role and fast paced environment.
Working Hours:
* This role will require a minimum of 3 days per week at our production site in Battersea
* On a rota basis 5 days out of 7
* Shifts from 4am
