Pay - £14.12 to £14.29 per hour (Including rolled up holiday pay)
39 weeks per year (school term time only)
Shifts Available:
8:00am – 3:00pm
4:00pm – 10:00pm
10:00pm – 8:00amPlease note: Annual leave is not permitted during term time.

What You’ll Do as a Support Worker:
Create a caring and supportive environment, meeting individuals’ physical and emotional needs;
Support people during recreational activities, outings, and community visits;
Promote independence, confidence, and self-esteem;
Tailor support to individual needs, celebrating achievements and milestones;
Maintain accurate records of all activities, progress, and any incidents;
Assist with general household duties, including meal preparation.What We’re Looking For:
A compassionate, caring individual who wants to make a difference;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Patience and adaptability to meet diverse needs;
Willingness to learn and follow team guidance;
Basic IT skills for logging and communication;
Flexibility to work shifts (including some weekends and occasional night shifts).Please note: This role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS check including the barred list.
