Role Overview

We are looking to recruit a new member to join our Client Relationship Team. This role is a multifaceted position with a combination of cultivating client relationships and Key Account Management.

The successful candidate will represent Medserv as a Key Account Manager for certain high-value clients.

Primary Duties

* Developing a deep understanding of each clients billing workflow, pain points and strategic goals
* Handling all communications between Medserv and the client (including SF cases, onboarding etc)
* Facilitating structured quarterly review meetings (via Teams or in person)
* Delivering quarterly billing performance reports
* Manage the delivery of relevant information to clients and other third parties by resolving issues and addressing requests with the Operations team
* Help with the onboarding of new clients and the administrative tasks associated with this
* Ensure all requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner
* Develop open and effective communication with each client
* Manage workload of emails and calls on a daily basis
* Liaise with other departments and insurance companies to ensure we deliver the best possible service to all clients

Skills Required

* Minimum of two years office based experience, ideally in a customer centric environment
* Ability to build strong business relationships
* Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
* A customer-oriented attitude
* High degree of attention to detail; must take responsibility for ensuring all work is correct
* Must be a team player
