As a team:
* Accountable for delivering services across several key clients, including senior stakeholder management, project planning, release scoping, change management, monitoring & tracking progress, and supporting the live proving of changes.
* Ensure early identification of successful delivery and mitigation of risks, supporting project managers across multiple business segments and customer channels.
* Participate actively in Team/Regional Portfolio Planning sessions to drive the roadmap of changes with both business and technology stakeholders.
* Manage change across the software development lifecycle, including risk, governance, compliance, and control issues, ensuring team adherence to responsibilities.
As a Technology Programme & Project Manager you will:
* Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and high standards.
* Facilitate communication between clients, external vendors, and Accenture teams, managing complex stakeholder relationships.
* Implement risk management strategies, identifying potential risks/issues, and developing mitigation plans.
* Possess knowledge of leading solutions in Payments, Originations, Servicing, Decisioning, Fraud, Collections & Recoveries, Finance, and Risk Management.
* Coordinate with teams to ensure project deliverables meet client needs and project charter.
* Manage junior resources, allocating team members based on skills and experience.
* Maintain project documentation and reporting systems to meet quality standards.
* Proactively incorporate improvements into future project and client delivery processes.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
* Experience working in Financial Services in advisory, technical, operational, or leadership roles is essential
* Recognized Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, CSM, or ITIL Foundation.
* Experience with agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
* Proactive problem-solving skills to address issues impacting project timelines, costs, or quality.
* Ability to communicate complex technical details clearly to stakeholders.
* Utilize automation tools to optimize change cycle processes.
* Understanding of technical system interactions from Mainframe to Cloud.
* Experience managing the entire change lifecycle, including budgeting and resource management.
