With strong momentum across Europe and significant growth in the Middle East, we are expanding our leadership team and hiring a Director of Sales – EMEA to help scale the region.
About the Role
The Director of Sales – EMEA is responsible for leading a small local team, driving new business growth, expanding existing customers, and executing the regional go-to-market strategy across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This is a senior enterprise sales leadership role focused on team leadership, sales pipeline, closing complex deals, and driving growth. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, product, and executive leadership to accelerate growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive New Customer Acquisition
* Own new business growth across the EMEA region
* Target venues, operators, and executives across our target market
* Build strategic account plans and prospect into named targets
* Manage multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
* Close high-value opportunities, and win new customers
* Build and manage pipeline, maintaining 3-5X coverage and accurate forecasting
Expand Existing Customers
* Partner with Customer Success to drive land-and-expand growth
* Identify upsell and multi-venue opportunities
* Build long-term strategic customer relationships
Own Regional Revenue Strategy
* Build and execute the EMEA sales plan
* Prioritise markets, verticals, and growth initiatives
* Manage forecasting and pipeline coverage
* Track performance against regional targets
Leadership
* Lead and coach a small local EMEA team
* Recruit and hire additional team members as the region grows
* Partner with marketing on regional campaigns and positioning
* Work with Customer Success on expansion opportunities
* Collaborate with product on market feedback
* Support strategic partnerships

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Enterprise SaaS sales experience
* Experience selling into venues, sports, entertainment, or large-scale properties preferred
* Strong relationships across EMEA markets
