1. Lead and mentor a team of Care Support Workers, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback
2. Work with your manager to plan, deliver, and evaluate person-centred care
3. Carry out quality audits, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with CQC standards
4. Support customers with daily living tasks, personal care, and community activities
5. Promote inclusion, independence, and positive relationships for every individual
