Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience as a facilitator, trainer, or presenter within financial services, with a strong grasp of business relationships, leadership and performance improvement.
Confidence and credibility to deliver programmes with an ABSTRACT artistry.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
A dynamic, adaptable facilitation style that aligns with different client needs and learning preferences.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
