H9 Human Resources are looking for a HR Assistant to work with a well-established organisation in Liverpool. As a HR Assistant you will be required to perform a number of regular and ad hoc tasks, whilst also being the main point of contact for employees in other areas of the business, ensuring the prompt resolution of queries and requests. Some of the duties are but not limited too: Being the first point of contact for all HR queries Involvement in recruitment activity such as placing adverts, setting up interviews and carrying out interviews with the recruiting manager Assisting with the induction process Assisting in the implementation and improvement of HR systems and procedures Involvement in ad-hoc HR projects as required This role offers some amazing agile/flexible working as well as home working.
