Yolk Recruitment is recruiting for a Payroll Advisor to work on a 6-month contract in Broughton for a client specializing in the engineering sector.
Responsibilities:
Process Payroll related transactions from internal stakeholders:
* Detached Duty, Standby, On Call
* One-time payment submissions
* Working Party Subsistence
* P45 / New Starter Declarations
* Settlement Agreements
* Court Orders
Process Time related transactions from internal stakeholders:
* Overtime
* Shift Changes
* Sickness
* Phased Return To Work
* Time Savings Accounts, Salary Offset
Process HR Administration activities:
* Complete transactions related to HR activities, such as references and solicitor’s letters
* Provide first-level support on the flexible benefits platform
* Maintain e-pay tool and handle stakeholder queries
* Produce documents via mail merge for internal communications
* Manage relationships with external e-payslip providers
* E-mail archiving and process improvements
* Support other HR administration requests as needed
