2. Hours: 1x 37 per week, 1x 18.5 per week
3. Salary: AfC Band 5 (pro rata) plus a High Secure Environmental Allowance of £1,750.47 per annum (pro rata) and a High Secure Clinical Responsibility Allowance of £4,201.29 per annum (pro rata)
We are seeking two dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapists to join our team. The roles involve delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to women and men living with mental illness and/or intellectual disabilities. The successful candidates will assess, plan, and implement tailored occupational interventions to support patients in achieving their optimal level of function, independence, and quality of life within a High Secure hospital. They will ensure effective liaison with the Occupational Therapy team and the wider multidisciplinary team, including security colleagues, and contribute an innovative attitude towards patient care.
Candidates Must Have:
* BSc in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) with relevant post-registration clinical experience
* Recent clinical experience with mental health and/or intellectual disability patients
* Current HCPC registration

Note: Starting from 1 April 2024, NHS Scotland will reduce the working week to 37 hours. Full-time hours will be reduced from 37.5 to 37 hours, with pro-rata adjustments for part-time staff. Implementation may vary across departments to ensure patient safety. Remuneration will be adjusted accordingly.
